Amala Partners sell-side advisor to Amundi, the Management, and minority shareholders in the sale of The Reefer Group (TRG) to a consortium led by Arkéa Capital, the Crédit Agricole Group (UNEXO – Crédit Agricole and IDIA Capital Investissement), and Épopée Gestion.

The Reefer Group designs and manufactures custom refrigerated vehicles engineered to combine performance and sustainability. They support their clients in optimizing cold-chain logistics, with the ambition of offering solutions that are increasingly environmentally friendly.
