Amala Partners buy-side advisor to The Reefer Group (TRG) in the acquisition of Paneltex Ltd, a renowned British manufacturer recognized for its innovation and expertise in refrigerated, insulated, and specialized vehicle solutions.

Based in Hull since 1991, Paneltex designs and manufactures temperature-controlled vehicle bodies, body kits for export, and portable cold storage units.

This acquisition strengthens TRG’s presence in the United Kingdom and expands its industrial capacity, now comprising six production sites and more than 600 employees.
