Phantasm Group is a leading player in advertising and film production, bringing together three complementary brands: PHANTASM, a creative production house recognized for its cinematic approach to storytelling in service of leading luxury and fashion houses; VIXENS, a production company active in development, financing and production with over twenty feature films to its credit, half of which have partnered with luxury houses as creative and financial partners; PHENOMENA, a photography agency representing a selective roster of international photographers, creating distinctive visual narratives for luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

This combination opens a new chapter for Phantasm Group, with ambitions to expand into the United States, the Middle East and Asia. The Independents brings together an ecosystem of 23 excellence agencies covering strategy, design, live experiences, content production and communications for the world’s leading luxury and lifestyle brands.

Amala Partners sell-side advisor to Ambienta and Cap Vert‘s management in the sale of a majority stake to GIMV.

Cap Vert is one of France’s leading multi-specialist service providers in critical services dedicated to the transformation and maintenance of green spaces and ecological infrastructure. The Group operates through four complementary business lines: urban tree services, creation and maintenance of urban green spaces, irrigation and fountains, and infrastructure tree services. It primarily serves B2B clients and public sector customers. During Ambienta‘s investment period, Cap Vert tripled its revenue and EBITDA while completing 18 acquisitions.

This partnership with GIMV represents a significant strategic step for Cap Vert to consolidate its position in the French market while beginning its expansion into Europe.

Amala Partners sell-side advisor of Spacivox on the sale of a majority stake to Quilvest.

Spacivox is France’s leading omnichannel digital platform for B2C collections orchestration. It connects over 100 major principals and service providers within a unified ecosystem and processes more than 450 million interactions annually.

By entering the capital, Quilvest and management intend to accelerate Spacivox’s growth through technical enhancement, significant artificial intelligence investments, strengthened sales and customer success functions, and expansion into new markets in France and internationally.

Amala Partners buy-side advisor to PSG Equity in connection with a strategic investment in CHR Group.

Founded in 2012 as CHR Numérique, the group develops digital solutions for food safety, compliance (including traceability and cold chain management) and operational management (such as orders, inventory and production) for foodservice professionals and other players in the food industry.

This transaction supports CHR Group’s growth, particularly internationally, following its recent announcement of the acquisitions of Dutch company Rmoni and Spanish company Andy.
