Founded in 1902 in Bordeaux by the Perriez family, Netco has evolved into Europe’s leading provider of conveyor system maintenance, serving the mission-critical supply chains of industries including recycling, energy, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and aggregates/mining. As a fully integrated player, the Group combines maintenance services, component distribution, and conveyor belt manufacturing, operating over 100 service hubs across 7 European countries. With a workforce of ~1,400 employees, Netco supports 2,500+ clients for whom operational uptime is a strategic priority.

Under Ardian’s ownership, Netco has executed 20 add-on acquisitions, including its first U.S. entry, further solidifying its market leadership in France, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Over recent years, Winncare has significantly expanded its portfolio—both organically and through strategic acquisitions. With an international footprint spanning five commercial subsidiaries (France, the UK, Spain, Denmark, and Poland) and 12 production sites, the Group has established itself as a benchmark player in Europe’s medtech sector.

The investor consortium, led by Siparex ETI and comprising Kartesia, Crédit Agricole, and BNP Paribas Développement, will partner with management to accelerate the Group’s strategy, focusing on International expansion, an active M&A pipeline to consolidate its market position, and sustained organic growth, driven by innovation in a high-growth sector.
