IFG Executive Education is a leading provider of continuing professional education, offering a comprehensive range of Executive MBA and Online MBA programs across disciplines including Management, Finance, Energy Transition, Corporate Social Responsibility and Supply Chain Management.

The transaction is part of OMNES Education’s strategy to refocus on its core activities, namely initial education and programs focused on Technology and Digital, including Liora.

Amala Partners sell-side advisor to GTD Group and its founders on the carve-out and sale of GTD Space & Security to Latour Capital, which has been renamed Celeres.

Founded in Barcelona in 1987, GTD is a leading engineering group specializing in software and critical control systems. Its Space & Security business, now operating under the Celeres brand, is a leading European provider of critical software and systems engineering solutions for the space, defense, transportation and critical infrastructure security sectors. Drawing on nearly 40 years of experience, Celeres designs and develops mission-critical systems, ranging from onboard systems for launch vehicles and satellites to ground systems supporting European launch campaigns from Kourou. The company employs approximately 160 people across Spain, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

Latour Capital has acquired a majority stake in Celeres alongside GTD Group, which has reinvested in the business, and the management team. Now operating as an independent company, Celeres aims to strengthen its position at the heart of major European space programs while accelerating its expansion into the defense sector and the security of critical infrastructure and sites.
